Since I began my blog last January,
it has gone through many transformations,
especially in the beginning.
I couldn't get it right and no matter how hard I tried,
I had to accept the fact that I just didn't have the skill or knowledge
to actually design a blog.
So I called in the big guns.
I loved the blog Beatrice Banks from the
very first time I opened it.
The designer was Marina at Penny Lane Designs.
For me the decision was easy.
Marina took me on and since then I have been
a very happy blogger.
Periodically since the first install,
I have emailed Marina wanting this or that.
Buttons, titles, more white space, etc.
Together we took my blog from a predesigned template
to an (almost) custom designed blog.
A few days ago I emailed Marina asking for help with my header.
I had added a mosaic and it just didn't look right.
Well...she didn't just help me with my header.
I got a whole new design.
I think it's totally perfect.
So I'd like to say to Marina:
This was such a nice thing to do...
I appreciate your knowledge and patience so much.

Well, I always admired the previous design, but I really like this redo, too. I think having the pictures in the header make it a little more personable. And you have more white space for those gorgeous photographs, don't ya?
