Welcome to the 2nd addition of
Pinterest Rock Stars.
The more I roam around Pinterest,
the more addicted I become.
I decided to try a different approach this time.
Instead of embedding the photos and links,
I'm just linking the regular way.
It took SO LONG to embed all those photos the last time.
Let me know if you think this method is just as user friendly.
I can't wait to share the great pinners I found this time.
First off is Amanda.
Amanda has tons of boards all with snappy titles.
Heaven on Earth is the one that caught my attention.
It's just beautiful.
Next up is my dear friend Katie from Wildwood Creek.
I was way impressed with her boards...waaaaay impressed.
Today I spent quite a bit of time wondering around her
I heart red board.
My pinner was smokin'.
Now I'd like to share Pat's boards.
She's pinned movies which I think is a great idea.
My favorite board is Yummy!
Who doesn't love dippy eggs?
Moving on to Sharon.
I adore her board called The Queen is in.
I'm going to close with Jm.
(and no that isn't a typo.)

They advised taking the extra step

I took a short cut this time but will make sure and do it correctly from now on.

Actually the embedding does not always take you to the original owner of the photo. I thought it did until Blogher told me some of my pins were not giving credit to the original source. Especially the ones that say google.com or flicker, etc. You have to keep on going back to get to the original source.

Rock Stars indeed!! WOW. This Pinrest is out of control. I think aliens from another universe has landed and taken over all the creative soles on this planet! Really... I'm just saying.
I can't figure out how to give proper credit. I've tried everything. It use to be easy and now it's not for some strange reason?
those fall pictures are gorgeous. I have 44 some people following my garden board...where did they all come from!

Great features Anne! I think the way you featured them was fine. :) We just suggest that for example if someone likes one of the pictures you put on here that they go to one of your rock star pinterest users and find the photo and then click on it till they get the original web page that the photo was used at, instead of for example pinning it from here which would list you as the original source. That way the original photographer/blogger gets credit for their beautiful work. Kim is right even the embedded photos aren't always accurately credited. I think this is such a fun series you're doing! Thanks for sharing it with us at Inspiration Friday. :) Heather

Ann I am totally addicted to Pinterest. It is my guilty pleasure! I think it is so fun because it is so quick and easy. You immediately get inspired as you pin away. I love the egg photo. I am not sure how these people find all these photos. Do they just sit on their computer all day, and look at things? I guess I don't read enough, but I rarely have the time to find my own material. Unfortunately, I'm a repinner. :)
I have still not joined Pinterest. I don't know how I can fit another computer related subject in!! Everyone says it's addictive! I love your favorite pins..some great stuff there!
