Today I’m sharing my last bundt cake recipe…at least for now. A few years ago I shared a lemon bundt cake recipe that is buried deep in my archives. I hesitated to post another one, but just had to because it’s so easy and super moist. With only 5 ingredients, this cake takes about 10 minutes from start to in the oven. The other thing I liked about this cake is that it baked in just 40 minutes. Most bundt cakes take about an hour and sometimes they get a tad too brown on the outside. Not this cake…it baked evenly and was perfectly golden.
I made a quick glaze for a cake topping but a dusting of powdered sugar would have been equally as good. This recipe would also make great cupcakes/muffins if you wanted to go that route. Just in case you need a new bundt cake pan, I have just the thing. It’s the best pan ever. Click HERE!
