Up today is an easy, very fast and budget friendly Give Thanks Banner. I’ve wanted to do a gingham banner for a while and finally I just did it. This little banner is perfect for a wreath, across a kitchen sink window, or even a mantel that isn’t super wide. Place it at the top of a narrow doorway or on the front of a bookshelf. The possibilities are endless.
This Give Thanks banner is so easy you can basically figure it out by looking at the pictures…but here are the steps anyway.
- Download and print the banner on white cardstock.
- Cut out the letters. Cut just inside the black outline.
- Hang a length of twine and attach your letters with clothespins.
My boxwood wreath is called a single side wreath because it has a flat styrofoam back. I attached the twine by tying the ends around straight pins and sticking them in the back of the wreath. If you want to use any other type of wreath, like grapevine, just tie the ends of the twine to the back.
