Welcome to today’s edition of Home Style Saturdays…and I hope everyone is OK. I know some of you have been snowed in and many have lost power. If that’s the case, here’s to roads being plowed and power being restored quickly. And just remember…spring begins in ten days! With that in mind, I want to share an older printable that is still a reader favorite.

Hello! I’m a little (ok a lot) behind on email, but I never delete yours until I have time to read them! This post led me to one from 2016 called CHRISTMAS GUEST ROOM DECOR IDEAS. Loved it! So cozy…but I kept thinking, please don’t paint that beautiful chest! I read through the comments & quite a few other people said the same thing. SO, did you ever paint the chest? If so, what color & are you happy with it? Inquiring minds want to know!
Hi Diane! No…I never painted the chest. Mostly because I haven’t done much else with that room. It still needs some color and accessories. Maybe someday!
Well, you made it look WONDERFUL for Christmas! You’ll finish it when you see something that really inspires you! No need to answer me; I am SO glad you never painted the chest! It’s beautiful!
This blog always brightens my day, even when it is about cleaning!
I am sooooo grateful to YOU !! Thank you so very much for all that you share with us ! You are one talented and generous lady, I wish we could meet, as you strike me as someone I’d like to “know” better !!
I’m just starting to put all of the winter things away. That’s hard to do when we still have almost a foot of snow on the ground. I’ll miss my frosty faux winter greens on the mantle and the lights. Not quite ready to hang the forsythia wreath.
