Use these easy fall tablescape ideas for Thanksgiving or autumn gatherings. Place setting ideas & centerpiece inspiration.
Welcome to this fall’s edition of Styled & Set, hosted by Lory from DesignThusiasm. Today I’m featuring some very easy fall tablescape ideas that are perfect for autumn gatherings and Thanksgiving. This holiday season, I’m focusing on keeping my decor easy, budget-friendly, and as natural as possible. (I do like my faux Christmas tree and garland!) If you are coming over from Taryn Whiteaker, a very special welcome to you. I’m so glad you’re here!

This tablescape got its start when I made a natural centerpiece that began with a tray as the base. I used seeded eucalyptus, white pumpkins, dried hydrangeas, and fresh bittersweet to fill the tray.
When I put the place settings together, I kept them simple because the centerpiece sort of steals the show. I paired my navy placemats with ivory plates and added an orange velvet pumpkin for a pop of color.
I created little place cards from last year’s Thanksgiving napkin ring printable. You could also easily print names on small cards to make the tags a bit more personal.
We’ll be a small number for Thanksgiving dinner this year, but I still like to make an effort and add some festive touches to the table. They don’t have to be elaborate or expensive. Use things you already have in a different way to make things feel new.
I made the little pumpkin bundt cake from a recipe on Home Pressure Cooking. I don’t have an instant pot, but I bought the bundt pan and baked the cake in my oven. I love the small size…it’s perfect for just a few people.
I can’t believe I’m saying this, but today’s post wraps up my fall decor for 2017. It seems like just yesterday it was August and we were full of plans for welcoming autumn into our homes. I hope you’ve had some time to sit and watch the leaves turn. It’s now time to send you along to Julie Blanner. Julie never disappoints and has the most perfect, classic style. I know you will love what she has waiting.
