Oh, Ann, I love your use of jewel tones. Your table and place settings are stunning and your napkins…let me just tell you. I had your lovely printed napkins in my cart at Pier 1, thinking they would be perfect for my Thanksgiving table. My husband walked over to where I was shopping and I excitedly showed the napkims to him. “Not for Thanksgiving!?…those colors?!” I am forever doubting my ability to make good and/or attractive decorating decisions, so I chose some napkins to his liking. :( Our daughter and son-in-law own a successful interior design company; she, at times, has been quite vocal, questiong my eclectic tastes. My always sweet husband is an ad executive and the recipient of many awards for the design of his TV and print ads. I always assume they have a better eye for all things “design”. I’d love to have you “home shop” with me. I have admired your style and been inspired by your creativity since your blog was born. Every seasonal front door wreath I’ve made for years, has been made following your tutorials! I’m making a trip back to Pier 1 today and hoping they still have those napkins in stock. As ever, thanks for sharing your awesome creative style.
Ann, your your table is so pretty and so inviting. Thank you for your treasure trove of ideas. The corn casserole looks and sounds yummy. It is on my to try list. Your comment about pacing yourself is one many of us need to take to heart. Thank you for the timely reminder. Have wonderful Thanksgiving!
