I hope this finds you all well, and recovering from a wonderful Christmas day. Our holiday was very quiet, but enjoyable. By the end of Christmas day, I seriously considered never eating again! I definitely need to resume a healthier diet, and it would be so nice to get back to a regular exercise routine. I miss my yoga class!

The days between Christmas and New Year’s Day are filled with many things. Thoughts about the new year, figuring out possible goals, cleaning, organizing, and hopefully some rest and relaxation! My wish for you is that your week is filled with all of these things…and more.
