Home Style Saturdays | Easy Fall Decor & More!
Even though August is winding down, the feeling of new beginnings is in the air. A new school year is starting, mums are being planted or beginning to bloom, and the shorter days are leading us to the first day of autumn. I hope you are starting to at least think about fall because there are a few links included in today’s post with fall decor inspiration. There’s also a very cute Jack & Jill bathroom remodel which I’m so happy to be able to share with you…because my bathrooms aren’t shareable at the moment!Â

Love the fall decorations!!! I’m in our neighborhood garden club and plan to use some of these ideas since I have the October mtg in my home!!!Keep the ideas coming. Thanks
Like the bathroom – looks pretty & love the fall decoration. Love blue & like your decorating! Thanks so much – I enjoy! Wishing you laughter & grace also – especially the laughter – we all need that & I do right now. Love
I love your closing line- “Wishing you laughter and grace.” It is full of kindness and encouragement.
Thank you Ann for these Saturday pics. I especially like the front porch with the pinecone garland; I knew that was your porch even before I saw the logo. Also really like the blue velvet chair, good score for Kim. Fall is in the air. My favorite season for decorating. Enjoy your Sunday.
Are your bathrooms getting a make over? I always thought what you have shown looked beautiful and fresh!
Hi Mary! No they aren’t getting a makeover but they could sure use one!
I love the pumpkins in containers. I have two new wine barrel planters that I ought on clearance for next spring. Of course they are sitting next to the patio—empty. I am thinking of putting a block in the bottom to keep them from being moved. Then putting something in them so I can pit pumpkins on them. I’m on a budget so what do you recommend? Thanks.
I love that corncob wreath. Thank you for such inspiring ideas.

In 3-4 weeks, I’ll review this post again bc I’ll be setting up my Autumn porch then. Thanks for sharing
Good morning Ann. I always enjoy looking at your beautiful ideas for decorating of your rooms and the porch ideas you show for the different seasons. You show exquisite taste and decor that does not cost a fortune. I have used some of your suggestions in my own home since I started reading your website. Have forwarded your suggestions to my daughters, as well.
Keep up the good work and enjoy this beautiiful end-of-the-summer weather
Beautiful and thank you for sharing! Yvonne’s ideas on her front porch are beautiful
