If you are one of those last-minute kind of people, here are some quick Easter decorating ideas that you can whip up in no time. It’s definitely not too late. A few of these may require a trip to the grocery or craft store but I’ve tried to avoid that as much as possible!
Quick Easter Decorating Ideas
I have to say that I just love this idea. It’s as simple as washing out a jelly or Ragu jar and adding some grocery store flowers. This is what I did for my Easter Tablescape and it was so easy. If you are super special and actually have blooms in your yard, definitely take advantage of those. What also works is plain greenery such as boxwood or arborvitae.
Placing craft store eggs in baskets is another quick way to add a touch of Easter to your decor. They can be plastic, wood, painted or not painted. Tying a piece of ribbon on a basket handle is a way to bring in more texture and color.
Baking at Easter isn’t really something I’ve ever done. When my kids were smaller it was all I could do to get the eggs colored! Beautifully decorated cut-out cookies might be something you would like to try or you could make any of the delicious cookie recipes below. Just click the image to go straight to the recipe.
I had a blast putting these ideas together. I hope if you need a little last minute Easter cheer that you found something you like.
