Top 10 Recipes from 2013

Well hello! I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and are quite recovered from all the cooking and festivities. Personally, I feel as though all I’ve done is eat for the past week. So it seems fitting to end the week (and the year) with my top 10 recipes from 2013. There were actually a few surprises in this list when I checked my stats. I was shocked at how high the Pasta Salad ranked and also the Strawberry Cream Cheese Muffins. Here’s the rundown beginning with number 10. It took a few tries to get this round bread to come out right but it was so worth the effort. I have received many emails from readers who have made it. Most get it right on the first try but some, like me, need a second go-around!

Last winter when I made the first batch of this Starbucks Lemon Loaf I didn’t have the slightest clue it would be so popular. It got pinned over and over again but then sort of sputtered out. I resurrected it a few months later with this new image.

It is my second most viewed post for 2013 with over 70,000 page views. I don’t know if it’s the lemon that attracted people or the referral to Starbucks. Either way, I’m grateful for all the people who clicked over and checked it out.

I’m working on a few more posts to end the year. I hope they all get finished before 2014 makes its entrance! Have a fabulous weekend and if you still have family around, enjoy every minute.
