1). Did you see the scrumptious Strawberry Lemon Pound Cake With Lemon Glaze I made last week? It’s one of the best quick breads I’ve ever made. This recipe can be made with what you probably have in your pantry!

2. Quick And Easy Summer Recipe: Leftover spaghetti noodles can be transformed into the most delicious lunch or dinner. Mix 8 oz of leftover spaghetti noodles with 1 cup of shredded red cabbage and 1 cup of shredded carrots, a bunch (6-8) green onion thinly sliced, 1/2 cup peanuts, 2 TBS sesame seeds, and a handful of torn basil leaves. Make the dressing in a mason jar: 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar, 2 TBS vegetable oil, 2 heaping TBS peanut butter, 1 clove of garlic finely minced, a pinch of cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper to taste, and shake. Pour the dressing over the spaghetti and toss. Enjoy!
