5.) LET’S DREAM: Banchory Farm is a third-generation working farm just outside Edinburgh in Scotland. You can rent a cottage named Drinkbetween West, and it would truly be a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I think it looks just lovely.

6.) WHAT I’M WATCHING: I love programs about World War II. I’m fascinated by that period in history, and when I find a great show, I usually watch it more than once. Here are some good ones currently playing on Netflix: Midway, Operation Finale, The Six Triple Eight, Operation Mincemeat, and The Monuments Men.

9. CULINARY CORNER: Egg Tortilla Breakfast Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a round baking or pie dish. Place 1 tortilla in the bottom to form the crust. In a bowl, whisk 3 large eggs and 1/3 cup cottage cheese. Stir in 1/4 cup chopped shallots, 2 cups fresh spinach, 1/4 cup crumbled feta, 1/4 cup mozzarella, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Pour the mixture over the tortilla. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until set. Let cool slightly before serving.
