9. CULINARY CORNER: Ham Delights: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly coat a 13×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. In a small bowl, stir together 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon pure maple syrup, and 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt. Slice 1 (12-ounce) package Hawaiian dinner rolls, as a whole, horizontally; place bottom halves in the prepared dish. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the cut sides of the top halves of the rolls. Layer 12 (2/3-ounce) slices of deli ham and 6 (2/3-ounce) slices of Gouda cheese evenly over the bottom halves.
Place the top halves (mayonnaise side down) over the ham and cheese.
Brush the tops with 1 tablespoon melted unsalted butter and sprinkle with 2 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake 5 more minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm.
