Preheat oven to 350°. In the bottom of a deep 9 x 13 pan, add 8 thick slices of deli ham (slices overlap). Put 8 brined chicken breasts on top of the ham. In a small saucepan, heat 1 can mushroom soup and 1/2 stick of butter and stir to combine. Turn off the heat and stir in 8oz of sour cream and 1/2 cup marsala wine. Pour the sauce over the chicken and sprinkle 1 TBS paprika over the dish. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes until done.
