  • 2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries quartered and at room temp

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form (about 3 - 4 minutes.)
  • Add milk and vanilla. Beat just until combined.
  • Still using the whip attachment, add strawberries and beat until the strawberries break up a little and all is combined.
  • Put into an 8 x 8 freezer safe container with lid. (or a container of similar size)
  • Freeze at least 8 hours. Overnight is better.

Ice Cream will be very hard. Let it sit out about 15 min. before serving. When softened just a little it serves beautifully.
Strawberries should be ripe in order for them to break up when whipping.
