Notes

My small bread pans measure 3 in. x 5 1/2 in. x 2 in. tall.
I got 4 loaves of bread from this recipe. It could be easily doubled.
Optional glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar with 1/4 cup applesauce. Whisk together and pour over slightly cooled loaves while they are still in the pans.
I prepare my baking pans with Baker's Joy.
