Planning for a new year always feels like a fresh start, so I’m happy to share the OSP 2026 free printable calendar and planner pages. The 2026 calendar is a 26-page PDF that includes two 12-month page designs, monthly calendars, two weekly planner designs, a weekly meal planner, faith planner, daily planner, gratitude tracker, goal planner, a notes page, and a blood pressure tracker. The alternate weekly layout begins on Monday for anyone who prefers that flow.

The floral artwork adds a touch of color without being busy. Each monthly page is clean and easy to read, with room for birthdays, appointments, and reminders. Print just what you need, or make a full binder so everything lives in one place. Over the years this calendar has found a home in classrooms, bible study groups, book clubs, carpools, and busy households. I love hearing the creative ways it gets used.
Tips + Organization
This PDF prints in high resolution on 8.5 x 11 paper. For durability, print the cover, the 12-month page, and the monthly calendars on good card stock. Weekly and daily pages work well on regular copy paper. Most devices open PDFs automatically. If yours doesn’t, you can use a free program called Adobe Acrobat Reader, which you can safely download from Adobe’s website. Once that’s installed, you should be able to open and print the calendar without any trouble.
Assemble a Binder
- A simple 1-inch, 3-ring binder with monthly tab dividers keeps everything tidy. I print four weekly planners for each month so they are ready to use. Pre-printing helps keep the routine on track.
- I also print the weekly meal planners, but keep them in the kitchen. A magnet on the refrigerator makes meal planning quick and visible, which takes the guesswork out of dinner.
- Another easy option is a clipboard on a command center wall or bulletin board. Plastic sleeves are handy for receipts and small notes.

- Enter page numbers as a list with commas or a range with a hyphen. Example: to print only the monthly calendars, enter “4-15.”

I would like the downloadable floral 2026 calendar. For some reason I didn’t print the April calendar.

I look forward to this calendar every year! It gives me something to do and motivates me in January. It’s become a cozy practice to come here and catch up on recipes, the calender. I have yet to create a pretty binder to use with it. I might do collage, or mix fabric and paper to cover an old binder for this. Your suggestion is so pretty but not availabe in Canada that I could find. And print it out a little at a time. I have a quota with pages I can print monthly sadly, so I will be happy to get a few months at least to start. Thank you for doing this yearly. I was here in November checking and ready but finally saw this today January 4th and I am very happy Ann. I would so love the matching wall calender printout. I replace the old one with a new one yearly, just tape it over the previous one, and flip back to last year to see and compare it actually works great for me. This design on a horizontal for that would be fabulous.

I would like to thank you very much for the calendar printable. I have been using them as a menu planner for several years and it has changed my life! Ann, I’m late in printing the calendar, so I will try to print the remaining months to see if this system works for me. I think it will. I appreciate the directions for printing selected pages. To be sure I understand: you use card stock for certain pages and regular printer paper for other pages. Right? I will re-read your directions before printing.

Hi Carol…I recommend printing the actual monthly calendars on card stock. They hold up much better than if you use regular printer paper. But as always, just customize the system to meet your own needs. Enjoy!
