A new year is always a good reason to get organized, and I’m happy to share the OSP 2027 free printable calendar and planner pages. This year’s 29-page PDF includes monthly calendars along with weekly and daily planning pages, a meal planner, faith planner, gratitude tracker, goal planner, notes page, and blood pressure tracker. There are also two weekly planner designs, including a Monday-start option for anyone who prefers to plan the week that way.
The floral artwork adds a little color without making the pages feel busy. Each monthly calendar is clean and easy to read, with plenty of room for birthdays, appointments, reminders, and everyday notes. Print only the pages you need, or put together a full binder to keep everything in one place. Tips + Organization
- This 29-page PDF is designed to print in high resolution on standard 8.5 x 11-inch paper.
- For a little extra durability, use good card stock for the cover, the 12-month overview, and the monthly calendars. Regular copy paper works well for the weekly and daily planner pages.
- Most devices will open a PDF automatically, but if you need a PDF reader, Adobe Acrobat Reader is available free from Adobe. Once it’s installed, you should be able to open and print the calendar easily.
Assemble a Binder
- A simple 1-inch, 3-ring binder with monthly tab dividers keeps everything together. I like to print four weekly planner pages for each month so they are ready when I need them. Having them printed ahead of time makes it easier to stay consistent.
- I print the weekly meal planners too, but keep those in the kitchen. I attach one to the refrigerator with a magnet so the week’s meals are easy to see. It makes dinner planning much simpler.
- A clipboard on a command center wall or bulletin board is another easy option. Plastic sleeves can also be added to a binder for receipts, notes, or other small papers you want to keep nearby.
How to Print Specific Pages
- Open the PDF and select the printer icon.
- In Pages to Print, choose “Pages.”
- Enter page numbers as a list with commas or a range with a hyphen. Example: to print only the monthly calendars, enter “4-15.”
- Select Print.
Side by Side Printing (Two to a Page)
- Open the PDF and select Print.
- Under Page Size & Handling, select “Multiple.”
- Set Pages per Sheet to 2.
- Page order: Horizontal. Orientation: Portrait.
- Print, then trim if needed.

Ann, I’m late in printing the calendar, so I will try to print the remaining months to see if this system works for me. I think it will. I appreciate the directions for printing selected pages. To be sure I understand: you use card stock for certain pages and regular printer paper for other pages. Right? I will re-read your directions before printing.

Hi Carol…I recommend printing the actual monthly calendars on card stock. They hold up much better than if you use regular printer paper. But as always, just customize the system to meet your own needs. Enjoy!
