Hello and welcome to our December printable party!
I went with a holiday theme and came up with printables that can be easily framed. I’m offering five and don’t forget to visit the linky at the end of my post to see what my friends have been up to!
I’ve occasionally printed my own graphics but have never actually framed and hung any of them. I decided to give it a try and discovered that not only was it fun, but pretty budget friendly too. In the spirit of keeping it real, I have to admit that this project almost didn’t happen. I am a little (OK… a lot) nervous about making sure my graphics are truly original. I had a scare not long ago concerning a copyright issue and it almost made me want to stop making printables all together. So I didn’t roam around Pinterest looking for inspiration. I just used my favorite phrases and hoped for the best! I was able to use my $22 inkjet printer and was pleased how they turned out. They were all crisp and bright. Just click on the links below each graphic to download and print.
I got the black frames at Kohls and the red mat board at Hobby Lobby. Everything was on sale so for the 3 pieces of wall art the total was just over $40. The backs easily come off the frames so I can switch out the Christmas graphics for something else if I want to. The frames came with a soft white mat board that I also saved and will use later.
I hung them in my entry and added my 3 tiered basket to the corner filled with a mixture of things that I love. Festive ornaments, Ball jars, greenery and even a little ironstone pitcher. Christmas has arrived On Sutton Place and I’m looking forward to sharing more projects and decor ideas just as fast as I can post them. Thanks for stopping by…
