Welcome to the final installment of Home for the Holidays…our 2018 Christmas home tour. I don’t always decorate our whole house for Christmas. This isn’t a complete home tour, but I’ve included every bit of our Christmas decor, so you are seeing it all. This year I kept things simple. I used pops of red to provide that cozy, Christmas feeling and I sprinkled fresh greens (from our front yard) in every room. As always, let’s start on the front porch.

The Front Porch

I love decorating our front porch. It’s small, so it can be done quickly and on a budget. This year, our Christmas porch is a mix of things I already had and a few new pieces. I hope you get a new idea or two!

The Entry

Our entry is another small space and this year I splurged on a new garland for the stairway. You can see more and read all about it {HERE.}

The Living Room

Our living room doubles as my office…so when it’s decorated for the seasons, I get to enjoy it all day, every day. It’s where I spend most of my time, so the Christmas decor is simple but colorful. Like the rest of the house, I used red accessories, fresh greens, and added texture with cozy throws and pillows.

    Ann,
    This is probably a crazy question based on your Christmas Home tour, but I have been looking for a tight-back sofa for a long time and I LOVE yours!! Can you tell me what brand it is and where you purchased it at? Is it hard to keep it clean and what type of fabric did you get for the upholstering? Thanks! (I do love your decorating style and your printables as well! Thank you so much for sharing!)
    Donna

    1. Ann Drake says:

      Hi Donna! The sofa and chairs are from Artvan. They are a chain with stores in the Midwest. I included links towards the end of the post. The fabric is some sort of synthetic and is not at all hard to keep clean. It’s worn very well. I have a little dog and keep a blanket on the sofa but other than that, I don’t do anything special. I hope this helps!

      1. Thank you so much for the info and posting the link. Checking it out now!!

    1. Ann Drake says:

      Hi Rosalie! All I did for the coffee table arrangement is layer fresh greens in a large, low bowl. I topped the greens with red balls and that’s it!
