Looking back from the beginning of my blog, the most popular posts are ones from the early days. They have been living on Pinterest for years and are still being pinned every day. Social Media is more complicated than ever but it’s definitely the best way to share blog posts. There have been big changes at Facebook and even bigger changes at Pinterest, but I am doing my best to figure things out. I have put way too much time and effort into this blog to fade into the sunset! As always though it’s you, my readers and friends, who keep this blog alive.

It’s important to reflect and learn from the past, but it’s equally important to let the past go and move forward. Let’s take this week to put 2015 in the past and look ahead to 2016. New year, fresh start.

I’ll be back on Tuesday with my ATC group and a collection of healthy recipes. It’s that time of year and truth be told I could stand to lose a few pounds. A few good recipes would definitely make the process easier.

See you then!
