I know I might be a little late, but I have some ideas for easy Halloween decor that you can add right to the fall decor you already have. I get just as much enjoyment out of things I do at the last minute as I do out of things that take a bunch of planning…sometimes even more. First up is the porch, and all I did was add a few black crows to the existing planters and watering can. (If you want to see the whole porch just click HERE.)
I’m not sure why I think these crows, or ravens, are so cute but I think they’re adorable. To me, they say Halloween just as much as a jack o’lantern or a witch. I wanted to use them last year but for some reason I couldn’t find any locally…so this year I ordered them online.
Their claws have wires attached, so they were very easy to twist onto the wreaths on the olive buckets and the handle of the watering can.
I had a raven left over so I brought him inside and perched him on a pitcher of greenery. I added a Halloween printable to my woodland frame and in about five minutes my shelves turned from fall to Halloween.

Last is the jack o’lantern pillow cover from my Society6 shop. I ordered it last weekend so it arrived in less than a week. I was very happy with the quick shipping and you have to admit, it is really cute. Even though the colors of the pillow cover scream Halloween, there are enough pops of orange in the room to make it fit in. Besides, it’s seasonal decor and sometimes you just have to be a little bold.
So…to sum things up.
Ideas for easy Halloween decor:
- Add some crows.
- Frame a printable.
- Add a fun and festive pillow cover (or two.)
- Use pops of orange…any sort of pumpkin is perfect.
Now for some sources:
Last are the printables. I have six Halloween printables for you to choose from. I made three new ones and had three in the archives…so if you aren’t a fan of ravens, there should be something you like.
Enjoy decking your home for Halloween…see you soon!
